The course is focused on the introduction and analytical presentation of various technologies related to the Biomedical Engineering and Health Informatics. The course covers topics such as biosignal digital processing, medical image processing, new trends in medical technology, VR applications and medical robotics, health telematics: applied technology – applications, telemedicine and security, telemedicine and medical training and Hospital Information Systems. The course is in the Postgraduate Program of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of National Technical University of Athens.
